34th Street to the southernmost tip of the island is known as the South End. The narrowest part of the island, no property is more than 2 ½ blocks from the ocean. On the bay side, there are beautiful wetland views. On the ocean side are some of the best beaches Ocean City has to offer. Early mornings will find surf fishing enthusiasts along the water’s edge and wildlife observers exploring Corson’s Inlet State Park, the largest tract of undeveloped land along the state’s oceanfront.
